Off Market Roof is an online property listing platform that connects buyers, renters, and sellers of residential and commercial real estate in Canada. We do not act as a real estate broker, agent, or representative. All transactions are between users directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or submit a listing. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Listing Submissions

By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the property or are authorized to list it.
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You have the right to use and share any images or content submitted.
• The listing does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Off Market Roof reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Price & Address Gating

Property prices and addresses are not publicly displayed. Users must submit a request to receive this information. Off Market Roof facilitates this connection but does not guarantee any response from the listing owner.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading listings or inquiries.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Reproduce or redistribute Off Market Roof marketing material without written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of Off Market Roof or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or alter any Off Market Roof material without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Off Market Roof does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information. You rely on such information at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Off Market Roof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
